The following is a complete list of all the current crypto investments held by Lark Davis.

Major Holdings (that make up 1% or more of my portfolio)
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stablecoins (usually USDC), Jupiter, Pengu, Solana, PumpFun, Aster, Litecoin & Virtual.

 

Please note that this only includes coins which make up over 0.1% of my portfolio or more. There are inevitably some small random coins sitting on wallets which are of such tiny valuations it makes no sense to list them here. 

Also keep in mind that basically every coin listed here will be sold at some point. I am not married to these bags. Although some things like Bitcoin and Ethereum have much longer time frames and strategies attached to them compared to the altcoins I hold.

OTC Deals

Please note that the following coins were bought in whole or in part via OTC deals from the team in a private market deal. These often involve vesting terms and thus even though I have invested I may not have actually received any coins yet or may have only received a small portion. Also note that as they are part of an OTC deal they are bought at better than market rates.

Venture Investments

A few things to note before sharing the list. 

  • In many cases, I will sell some or all of the tokens I receive when I receive them depending on market conditions. When market conditions for a coin are good I will sell. When conditions are bad I may sell anyway, although I may simply hold and wait for better market conditions before selling. 
  • In many cases I will be allowed into the pre-sale which is not made available to the wider public. This means that I invest at a lower valuation compared to the general public. This also means that I will receive my coins either just before the public or at public launch in many cases, although it frequently happens that I will not receive coins for 6 months or a year due to vesting terms. 
  • My investment in a coin should never influence your decision in making an investment. You must always do your own research. You are responsible for your investing decisions. This disclosures page is intended to let you know the conflicts of interest and financial relationships that I have with crypto companies that I discuss on social media. 
  • The failure rate for crypto start-ups is extremely high. 90% or more will fail. I invest in early stage raises with this fact in mind. Profits must be taken on altcoins due to the incredibly high failure rate. Anyone investing in altcoins should be ready to sustain a complete loss of their investment. 
  • Be aware that for new listings the price will often pump in the first few days of trading, with the first few hours often being the most dangerous time to buy. Please be aware of the risks associated with buying listing hype.

This list includes tokens which are either currently trading and I receive regular distributions for as part of my early stage investment or which have not released their tokens yet. Please note this list does not include previous investments which have finished their distributions already.
