Market Analysis

Hello fellow cliff dwellers, and welcome to this week’s TA.

Remember that it’s darkest just before dawn, or right before you get liquidated. Something like that.

Jokes aside, this alt market sucks right now. But I won’t make a dime complaining about it. Instead, I’m in the best possible position to make money right now, if I’m as clear-eyed and objective as possible. And I invite you to take a similar approach.

Now having said that, understand that our current sentiment will instantly flip, if and when Bitcoin decides to move north. And for a bunch of macro reasons, I do believe that’s where we’re headed. So perhaps the pertinent question is: how much more will alts bleed, before Bitcoin turns up?

Unfortunately, I don’t have that answer. So instead, I’m depending on TA as my guide, as we navigate this alt-bear market that we’ve found ourselves in.

So let’s get started.

Bitcoin

Premium Investor Report #402 - - 2026

At this point, I feel like I’m just repeating myself. Seriously. So what new information can we discuss that hasn’t been said over the past two weeks? Well, allow me to shoot my shot.

First, price is still getting jammed between the 21 / 50D EMAs overhead at $97,850, and the 100D EMA below at $93,850. This can only last for so long. One or the other will break at some point soon.

Second, no one can tell me that TA is just fluff and hot air, because look at how Bitcoin respects the 21 / 50 as resistance, and the 100 as support. So we can take advantage of this. SHORT TERM SIGNAL: set a LONG LIMIT ORDER at the 100D EMA, and then scalp it off the bounce. Or set a SHORT LIMIT ORDER at the 21 / 50D EMAs, and scalp it off the rejection.

Third, look at how volatility has flatlined. Volumes are low. RSI is flat in neutral territory, and MACD is making super shallow waves. But the good news is that Bitcoin acts like a coiled spring during times like these. And you know what that means.

To conclude, our LONGER TERM SIGNAL hasn’t changed. And I still believe that this range breaks hard to the upside. If you agree, then perhaps it’s a good idea to buy some more spot at these prices, and just chill.

Let everyone else bitch and moan about the current price action, and then they’ll bitch and moan again, when they regret not buying more at $95K.

Ethereum

Premium Investor Report #402 - - 2026

When thangs are looking horrid, it helps to zoom out, and get a fresh perspective.

The thick, bottom, ascending white support line has been . . . holding the line . . . since late 2022. Currently, it’s at $2,150. I expect it to hold. Also, check out the corresponding volume spikes every time price hits it. The bulls really step in, which further confirms that it will continue to hold. So it might make sense to have a BUY / LONG LIMIT ORDER at this level, just in case.

Premium Investor Report #402 - - 2026

Zooming in, we’ve still got the top, horizontal line at $2,750 acting as resistance. But we do have another regional ascending support line that’s been in play since Q3 2024. It’s currently at…
