Market Analysis

Bitcoin is 2.75% away from new all time highs, and yet the timeline feels apathetic. Anchoring is a real phenomenon.

Meanwhile, the stock market is at ATH valuations, just as Trump is rolling out his latest round of tariff hikes. And yet, market participants aren’t phased by that, as the TACO trade appears to be in full effect.

But despite all these contrary signals, our position is Bitcoin is poised for a major breakout really at any time now. And we’re sticking to our guns. But not only is Bitcoin looking very good here, so is ETH, SOL, and XRP.

Alright, let’s get it.

Bitcoin (BTC)

Last week, we called for breakout longs once Bitcoin held this upper descending resistance line. Since then, we got a small fakeout. That happens. But know that this breakout long trade is very much in play right now.

Premium Investor Report #442 - - 2026

Watch if Bitcoin can get daily closes above this descending resistance, which is coming in at $108.3K. Closes above this line signal a move higher. Closes below it mean more consolidation.

MACD and RSI are in neutral territory, meaning that Bitcoin has the fuel to make a move. But the volumes are extremely low relative to the past seven months. The market knows that a big move is coming. So watch for volumes to tick up as a leading signal that this move has arrived.

Finally, notice how price is hugging and consolidating against the upper resistance area. This is a sign that price wants to break above it. Buyers are scooping up Bitcoin below $107K. So the price can only stay trapped in this small area for so long.

SIGNAL: Go long with daily closes above the descending resistance at $108.3K. An uptick in volumes above this line gives confidence for this trade. If we get a pullback, we like limit longs at the 50D and 100D EMAs, at $105.2K and $101.5K, respectively. Our bias remains bullish, and we think Bitcoin hits new all time highs within the next month.

Ethereum (ETH)

Last week, we called for spot buys and low leverage longs at any price below the 200D EMA. Those trades are in the money now. This week, everything about this chart screams upside opportunity.

Not going to repeat them, but there’s a ton of tailwinds behind ETH right now. And if Bitcoin breaks into new ATHs, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out what’s going to happen to ETH’s price.

So prepare for a breakout above this sideways channel, because that’s what the signs are indicating. MACD and RSI are suspiciously flat. A breakout is coming. Volumes are compressing. A breakout is coming. The price range is narrowing. A breakout is coming.

SIGNAL: Market spot and longs at current prices (i.e. $2,555) are good to go. We also like limit spot and long orders at the 20, 200, 50, and 100D EMAs below. Basically, buy the dip if you can get it.

We’ve been talking about this trade for six months now, and this chart is blowing my mind. But the indicators are starting to look very interesting. Notice how RSI is grinding up. Look at how the MACD is…
