In this issue:

I look at the Coinbase IPO and the new numbers we know regarding this hot upcoming stock offering.

I also discuss some important reminders about when to sell your crypto.

The team from Umbrella a layer two scaling solution for oracles joins us for an AMA.

Rekt Capital has an in-depth analysis of the market cycles.

Defi Dad has a tutorial for you on how to earn good yield by staking your Ethereum in ETH 2.0.

Jesse has a deep dive for you on Litentry a new Polka Dot based identity platform.

The team from Into the Block give you the latest on chain insights.

A quick reminder that all research and market analysis is provided for educational and informational purposes, and should not be considered as financial advice. You are ultimately responsible for your investments and trades, and they should only ever be entered by those who understand the risks, are willing to lose their entire investment, and properly understand how to manage their risk.

Also, every issue will contain more information, tips, hints, and analysis than you can make use of. Wealth Mastery is a tool, you are the craftsman. We are not a signal or pump group, we are a tool shop, you decide what information shared here has value to you or not.

As always, feel free to reach out to me by responding to this email with comments or questions.

The Big Recap

The entire crypto market is still in a down trend. Personally, I welcome the cool off period. I actually start getting worried when the market moves too far too fast, like happed in February. This cooloff allows for us to wash out the over leveraged traders, reset the overbought indicators, and bring the greed levels back down. But don’t for a moment think that the bull run is over. Because it’s not.

The CBOE, a major US exchange, has applied to list a the Van Eck Bitcoin ETF. They would not be doing this unless it was a real possibility that it will get approved. Paper work is being filed and the SEC has the ball in its court now. The success of the Canadian ETFs has put a lot of pressure on the USA to catch up. Speaking of Canadian ETFs there are now two Ethereum ETF applications sitting with the Canadian regulators. It is highly likely we see these approved soon. One other thing working in the favor the US Bitcoin ETF is that Gary Gensler the new head of the SEC is a very pro crypto. Just a matter of time in my opinion.

On the altcoin front there is no reason to be bearish either. Grayscale has announced that they will be listing like 2 dozen altcoins. Good strategic move since when the Bitcoin ETF comes in a lot of investors will drop the GBTC trust because of the high premiums. But it will likely some time before we see more exotic altcoins get ETFs. Grayscale will the premiere way for big money to get access to altcoins. Don’t think that big money wants altcoins? Grayscale bought 80% of all the mined Litecoin in February. So… yeah, big money definitely wants alts.

Coinbase IPO Updates

Coinbase is going to be doing its IPO soon, well technically a DPO (direct public offering), this will be the biggest IPO of the year and will be cryptos first mega IPO. The current estimates for the listing value could be over 100 billion! For reference that could be bigger than Facebook when it…
