A quick reminder that all research and market analysis is provided for educational and informational purposes, and should not be considered as financial advice. Also, every issue will contain more information, tips, hints, and analysis than you can make use of. Wealth Mastery is a tool, you are the craftsman. We are not a signal or pump group, we are a tool shop, you decide what information shared here has value to you or not.

The Big Recap

Ethereum has broken out to new all-time highs this week taking many altcoins along for the ride with other major coins like Solana also going on to hit new highs. The biggest event though has been that the entire cryptocurrency market cap has pass over 2 trillion for the first time. This is a major milestone. And it only took 3 months to reach this way marker from when the total crypto first passed 1 trillion!

The ongoing court case by the SEC against Ripple has been heating up in the last week which has sent the price of XRP soaring. The judge has ruled that the SEC must supply more documents regarding Bitcoin and Ethereum. This was a small victory for Ripple the company, but make no mistake this court case is far from over. The question of whether or not XRP is a security still lingers and it could be many more months before we hear a definitive answer.

Coinbase is finally going public after lots of teasing and delay the COIN stock will begin trading on April 14th. This is a massive event for the crypto markets. The release date of the stock was delayed after a settlement with the SEC over extensive false, misleading, and inaccurate price reporting of transactions over a 3-year period. Nice to see Coinbase is just like every other damn company… lol. Anyway, the numbers are in for Coinbase and their Q1 was insane. Coinbase did 1.8 billion in revenue for Q1 which was 600 million more than all of 2020 combined! They also revealed that they have 56 million verified users on the platform with 6.1 million monthly active users. The initial listing valuation is still thought to be around 100 billion. This will be the crypto mega IPO.
