*** Apologies for the lack of a PDF in last week’s issue. A last-minute system error seems to have been the culprit. I will endeavour to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

A quick reminder that all research and market analysis is provided for educational and informational purposes, and should not be considered as financial advice. You are ultimately responsible for your investments and trades, and they should only ever be entered by those who understand the risks, are willing to lose their entire investment, and properly understand how to manage their risk.

Also, every issue will contain more information, tips, hints, and analysis than you can make use of. Wealth Mastery is a tool, you are the craftsman. We are not a signal or pump group, we are a tool shop, you decide what information shared here has value to you or not.

As always, feel free to reach out to me by responding to this email with your comments or questions.

The Big Recap

Well, Bitcoin is currently stuck in “boring mode”. And you know what? That’s ok. Because while Bitcoin is being boring, altcoins are pumping. Which just serves as a reminder that there is always opportunity in these markets. There are still new sales to ape into, which is why I constantly update the token sale list. There are new low cap gems to buy. There are new farms to get into. There are trades to make. And much more. And yes, Bitcoin does lead the market, but it does not represent all opportunity within this big and dynamic market. My hope is that these weekly newsletters help give you the insights needed to continue to see the forest from the trees and to continually be open to and aware of new opportunities in this market.

These are all stocks that I personally own, and yes, there are lots of other great dividend stocks out there, but I hope this will give you some inspiration. Remember there is a big world outside of crypto.

Brookfield Property Partners 5.18% APY is a property offering from the same guys that do the Brookfield Renewable Trust. They run 142 office properties totalling 96 million square feet and 124 retail sites with 121 million square feet in major centers like New York, London, and Sydney. Good play for the property markets.

Ares Capital Corp 7.78% APY is a specialty financial company which runs management investments. It invests in middle market companies particularly in secured loans. It is not…
