This Week’s Moves

I added a little bit of Bitcoin, it is still cheap here. I will keep adding.

I put in a buy order for AVAX at $25.1 for a swing trade based on the idea that the the relief rally is not over and that AVAX is in a good position for a swing higher. $25 would be a retest of the 50 day EMA. price target would be the 200 day EMA at $44.

I moved my stop loss down for SNX from $3.27 to $3.19. I thought it might have been a little too tight on the EMA line and could use a little more breathing room.

I acquired 8 Boso Tokyo NFTs as part of my early stage investment with their collection. I am holding, for now, to see what they can do!

I put a small amount of USDC into Phemex’s earn account. I know, I know, lending my stablecoins again… but at least it makes sense to Phemex. They use the USDC for market making on their exchange. And like I said, only a small amount.

Ethereum Trade Completed

My Ethereum trade has been completed. I bought a nice stack of ETH on spot for $1,100 and sold at $1,780. Netting a per coin profit of $680, or about 62%. Could I have ridden this further on The Merge hype? Maybe. But I am not interested in maybes and what-ifs.

This was a well-executed trade that gained a nice bit of profit. I moved the profits out of the crypto market and into the stock market where I re-invested into dividend stocks.

The 100% Fallacy

A common thing I see in bear markets is people missing the bottom and getting sidelined due to stubbornness. So many get obsessed with buying the bottom that they miss the forest from the trees. Then by the time the coin they want to buy is 100% up from the bottom they say “oh, too expensive now, I will wait for when it hits bottom again”.

This is said even when a coin is still down over 90% often!!! You do not need to perfectly nail the bottom, in fact many investors don’t. Bear markets are a good time for adding to long term bags at discounts.

Open BUY and SELL Orders

(NOTE: You should never blindly follow my moves. I share these for educational purposes, not as signals for you to trade on)

BUY

  • AVAX $17, $18, $19 and $25.1
  • ROSE $0.05

SELL

  • TVK $0.10 – This will be the final cut from my moon bag
  • SNX – Stop Loss at $3.19

Top Trending Coins This Week By Rebecca

Here are my key takeaways from the trends this week, and whilst a summer relief rally could be shaping up, there’s a ton of development happening behind the scenes.

1 – Optimism is an L2 Ethereum scaling solution that’s launched a 90-day Liquidity Mining program on Aave V3 and has also deployed the launch of Premia to support ETH and OP option markets on the network.

2 – Evmos is an EVM on the…
