Since the summer of 2020, we’ve applauded the power of the meme that is yield farming–earning multiple forms of yield with passive liquidity deposited into DeFi applications, similar to a farmer who waits to harvest their crops. In 2021, a clever team of former game designers who became involved in DeFi proposed building a game that looks and feels like the popular FarmVille-style games, which in 2009-2010, boasted over 80M monthly active users.

DeFi Land aims to make DeFi less scary and complex to understand by gamifying the user experience.

DeFi Land is a multi-chain farming-simulation designed to gamify Decentralized Finance. The game acts as an aggregator of DeFi applications but gathered all in one place. As the game comes out of public beta in 2022, players will be able eventually earn their way to the play-2-earn tier, compete with others, and do much more!
